These easy red (sun dried tomato) and green (spinach) Italian Turkey Pinwheels are so colorful and they are also so quick to make. These will easily become a festive favorite because they are made with flavorful Italian meats and cheese, then rolled with leafy greens and a savory jalapeño roasted red pepper cream cheese spread. Make these for a holiday appetizer, on game day or for a quick and easy lunch or dinner!

If you are short on time and need a quick holiday appetizer, lunch or even dinner these will be your new go to! In just 4 easy steps you will have your taste buds spinning right round. One of the reasons they are so great is because they can be so versatile. You can customize them how you would like by adding other meats or cheeses to your liking.
However, the number one thing That makes this so tasty is the jalapeño roasted red pepper cream cheese spread. It is made with Jeff’s Garden jalapeños and roasted red peppers + my absolute favorite coarse Dijon mustard from The New Primal. Throw in some grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and red wine vinegar and you are in business! Spread. Layer. Roll. Slice. Stuff your face. Repeat.

Serves 4+, INGREDIENTS: For the Italian Pinwheels
Sundried tomato large tortilla wraps (Mission Brand)
Spinach large tortilla wraps (Mission Brand)
Deli Salami (5 slices per wraps, spread/laid out)
Deli Pepperoni (5 slices per wraps, spread/laid out)
Deli Honey Turkey or Turkey flavor of choice (2 slices, folded in half and laid down)
Provolone Cheese (2 slices)
Lettuce (2-3 pieces)
Cream cheese spread (recipe to follow below)
INGREDIENTS: For the Jalapeño Red Pepper Cream Cheese Spread
1 8 oz block cream cheese, room temp
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Jeff’s jalapeños + 1 TBSP juice
1/4 cup Jeff’a roasted red peppers + 1 TBSP juice
1 TBSP Italian seasoning
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP new primal coarse dijon mustard
Place all ingredients for the jalapeño red pepper cream cheese spread in a bowl. Using a whisk or an electric hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until smooth. NOTE: you will have chunks of of jalapeño and roasted red peppers.
To assemble: spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Then, on one side of the tortilla, line up 5 slices of pepperoni, followed by 5 slices of salami on top, then the turkey, provolone cheese and lettuce.
Begin rolling forward while tightly packing everything together.
Slice into 5 wheels. Serve right away or place in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool before serving.
