  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and thinly sliced
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped and cooked
  • Lite or Low Fat Ranch dressing, drizzled

For the Fries Seasoning

  • 1/3 TBSP salt + more to taste if needed at the end
  • 1/8 TSP black pepper
  • 1/2 TSP garlic powder
  • 1/4 TSP basil
  • 1/4 TSP paprika
  • 1/8 TSP cayenne red pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with non stick spray and set aside.
  2. Mix all seasoning ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Pour vegetable oil over jicama and season with fries seasoning. Mix well.

  6. When jicama is done remove from heat and transfer to parchment lined board or plate.
  7. Begin layering with lettuce first, tomatoes, then bacon.
  8. Drizzle with ranch and serve immediately.
  9. ENJOY!
