ABOUT ME

Hi! I am Michelle and I am so glad you came across my page! 

I am a Filipino-American and I like to think that I inherited the best qualities from each one. I have a passion for food and beverage, all of the little details and pretty things. So, I combined all three to be the voice and creator behind Pretty Plate.

I believe that there is something so special about being able to  bring your favorite people together with the art of food and beverage. I found that sharing the things you create from what was once just a vision, can really inspire people and that is what I am here to do. Inspire you!

I have been in the hospitality industry for over a decade and between working in Events, Catering, Restaurants, Bars and Hotels I put all of my knowledge together to share with all of you!

I am here to be your helping hand through the recipes I share, tablescape presentations and events needs.
