Easy 10 Minute or Less Tuna Salad Sandwiches

This tuna salad is perfect on sandwiches, salads, to eat with crackers, or in lettuce cups. Your options are endless when it comes to this recipe!

Do you ever get so hungry and find yourself just blankly staring into your fridge wondering what there is to eat, you look and see nothing, then you close the fridge to just open it again five minutes later hoping something you want magically appeared within that five minutes since you last looked? And then, to make matters even worse you actually do look again only to close the door for a second time in disappointment because you are still hungry and left with nothing. Trust me, this routine is all too familiar to me. So, I came up with that perfect solution for when my hunger strikes and I am stuck in this situation: good ol‘ tuna salad sandwiches! These babies are my saving grace and they will be yours too!

Simple yet, satisfying is the best way to describe these tuna salad sandwiches. They are so easy to make and so satisfying between the mixture of sweet relish, crunchy celery, tangy lemon juice, savory onion salt, and flavorful tuna chunks spread between two soft slices of bread. Oh man, I am drooling just typing this out!

Make this in bulk so you and/or the family will be stocked for the week and pair it not only with sandwiches, but crackers, salads or lettuce cups. It is the easiest recipe with a variety of serving options so you can change up your meal types throughout your days.
